UPDATE: September 9, 2014 - Approximately 1835 lbs. of non-perishable food items and over $3600 cash was donated over the weekend.
Our Executive Director Sandy Singers will be receiving an Honorary Diploma from St. Lawrence College (SLC) recognizing ‘his accomplishments of excellence, inspiration and leadership’ in the community. Sandy will accept this honorarium on Thursday June 12, 2014 at the Rogers K-Rock Centre during SLC’s evening convocation ceremony starting 6pm.
UPDATE: Early count from Hotel Dieu Hospital's Food Blitz in support of us is 63,200 lbs of non perishables. Thank you very much to HDH staff and volunteers, all canvassers and to everyone in Kingston and area that donated. Well done! Should see more donations in the next few weeks and we will update everyone.

Perpetual E-Motion, a quartet from the Kingston Townsmen Barbershop Chorus is supporting us this year with a ‘Caroling for Food Campaign’ on Sunday, December 22 from approximately 1pm-9pm.
On Friday December 13, 2013, starting at 6pm in Springer Market Square, the annual Jingle Bell walk will begin and trek down to City Park for the Memorial Tree-Lighting ceremony.
UPDATE: Donations from this event totalled 2654 lbs. of groceries and $193.07 in cash. Thank you to all that organized, volunteered and donated at this event!
UPDATE: Kingston area Scouts raised $2021.97 and collected 6759 lbs. of groceries. Thank you to all of you, and to Capital Movers & Storage and Ward's Towing.
UPDATE: The generous folks of Kingston donated 4500 lbs. of groceries and over $2700 during Santa's Parade. Thank you to all for donating and a special thank you to Trinity Presbyterian Church Amherstview & Findlay Foods Kingston Ltd. volunteers for their time and effort! Merry Christmas!
